Excel ignored PCN advice

How nice, had another letter a week or two ago from DRP saying if I pay now they will accept a lesser amount. If they really wanted to take me to court and knew they could get the full amount surely they would do it. Eagerly awaiting the next one. lol0

Just keep your eyes open for a Letter before Claim or actual papers from Excel - as I said above they do try a claim occasionally but it would be defendable and even if lost, a 'paid' small claim doesn't affect credit rating. Most cases lead to nothing.
Remind me - was this a car park where you can complain to a retailer? Always worth it but I know Excel also infest smaller car parks which have no legit firm on site.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
