How exactly has this stressed u out......
I certainly wouldnt send a letter written like thatProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
It's not bad but I would be more polite rather than 'how dare you' and 'I demand' because this is the first time that the Managing Agent knows about your case. It might work better if you are assertive rather than that slightly aggressive tone. There's a Bluewater one in the 'successful complaints about PPCs' sticky thread near the top of the forum, isn't there, I know that case was an Equality Act example but I think was written in a more polite/assertive way that you could copy, in some ways.
I do agree wholeheartedly about PCM being aggressive and so it looks best if you are not! Maintain the moral high ground.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The moral high ground is a good place to be, especially when dealing with low life. Be polite, be factual, and be assertive. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
