Sewage treatment plant service contracts

I've recently moved to a property that has a shared sewage treatment plant. Even better, I own the plant and the land that it is on, and have 5 other users who benefit from the use of the plant (and pay an equal share in it's running costs/maintenance etc).

There are various things that need sorting out, as the management/records seem to be somewhat erm... casual... but the maintenance contract is now up for renewal.

Does anyone have any recommendations for firms in the Hampshire area, or any suggestions as to what (apart from emptying the thing regularly) should be included in the contract?

I know that remote monitoring is a possibility, and this seems much more sensible than hoping someone will remember to go down and check whether the light is on (particularly bearing in mind that in a power cut the light won't go on and it won't necessarily power up automatically when the power comes back on...).
