Although both E2save.com and CPW have advertised this phone for £4.99 per month, they failed to mention that you will need to pay an extra £1.50 for itemised bill on the orange tarrif.

I know that itemised billing is an option and you have the choice of opting out from it, but you WILL require the bill for claiming cahback wont you?

or am I mixing things up. Even if you opt out of the itemised billing, do you still the a standard bill with orange, which then you can use to get cash back?
