Not Sure Whether I Bought IPhone Or Not!
Options
I think I ordered an Iphone 5c last week online but now I'm not sure because I haven't received it yet and the email address details I used where wrong so I never got the invoice.
And I could never check the order status.
I vaguely remember seeing an order complete page however.
The terms were £xx per month for 24mnths.
I check my online banking account and nothing has been transacted to the website selling the phone. I call the company and they say there's nothing with my details on their system.
Problem I have is that I don't want risk ordering another in the case I did actually order one, then I'd have two IPhones but I'd need to cancel one resulting in a heft cancellation fee.
So, basically does a subscription based transaction( which a monthly phone contract is essentially) show up in online banking? Meaning that I didn't actually order the IPhone?

You have 7 working days following receipt of the phone so even if you get it you can cancelIt's not just about the money0

DD is Direct Debit for monthly payments.
Token payment is a very small card payment to verify your card details and some of your details as well.0
