However if they do, it may benefit customers overall.
One of the EDC's has already had its business plan rejected, so maybe it will be a good thing if the government takes a stand.💙💛 💔0 -
I am not surprised in the least......this company cannot run simple administration. I don't know how they can even exist. So fed up I have set up a government e-petition:

If the profits are taken here the jobs should be created & retained here in my opinion - & thats any company. Tax system should be altered to prevent benefit from using overseas call centres & the like.
That said whilst I'm generally anti overseas call centres in Npowers case I doubt that their customer service could get any worse than what they offer now!0 -
Theres actually a group to boycott npower due to this 600 jobs are going in my area and the staff found out via the news before the company told them0

I have just switched to Npower, I can see trouble brewing if I have to call customer services in Mumbai with my rough broad South Yorkshire accent. I wont understand him/her and he definitely wont understand much from me. Companies have withdrawn Indian call centres in the past with this regional accent problem failing badly0

I thought my last company was stupid for being last on the band wagon with outsourcing, seems there are even more idiotic company's out there! :eek:0
