Help with Orange

A couple of months ago I renewed my contract with Orange, part of the deal was I forked out £99.99, for a phone upgrade, I was given two different delivery dates, no phone arrived. Rang customer services told them what they could do with the phone and ended the contract. Next credit card statement they had charged me £99.99, rang customer services, full of apologies, and yes the money would be credited on next c/card statement. Well it wasn't, since when I have rung customer services, written 4 letters, and emailed the head guy, without even an acknowledgement. Mega hacked off with them, anyone got any address, email or advice I can try, many thanks

  • Go to the CICAS website and have a look to see if you're eligible to take your complaint to them. The lack of response from Orange, especially to your written complaints, makes me think you might be.
  • That'll take months.

Contact the credit card provider and dispute the charge. Orange are a COMPLETE waste of space, as you've found.
