Is this a scam?

Just got a text from someone called express saying:

Yor repayment of £129 (in ble to click on) is due within the next 2 working days. Is making this payment an issue? Visit our ac!!!! management area http;//goo.gl/ (part of the link).

Is this a scam? I've never heard of a company called express i've googled the link and it's coming up with google chat+.

Any help much appreciated.

unsolicited texts with clickable links are always a recipe for disaster.

Looks very suspicious -I would avoid it like the plague Tracy1975.

If an organisation you have dealt with previously was going to refund any money to you they would either send you a cheque or just put the money back in your bank account that they had taken it out of in the first place.

Don't click on the link whatever you do!

.gl is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) in the Domain Name System of the Internet for Greenland.

and nothing to do with google - yes it is a con - expect more

goo.gl is a shortened version of google.com.
Used for example by Twitter to shorten URLs. And - apparently - by spamers.

Have reported it. I read it as me owing them money rather than them owing me money which worried me a bit.
