Unplanned Over Drafts

As far as I am aware Lloyds run their accounts in the same manner as Halifax, the latter being what I am familiar with.
What I have in mind here is that they will pay a DD that takes you into unauthorised overdraft in the morning, to give you the opportunity of depositing (cash) funds to cover the payment. If you don't do that by, I believe, 15:30, then they will "bounce" the payment.
If you have already spoken to Lloyds I am surprised that they were not able to explain this to you.0 -
How are the bank meant to know what you have agreed with Sky? It is Sky that have taken the payment so take the issue up with them0

I believe Sky have changed their billing system so that payments are take 7 days after the statement date. You should have received a letter about this stating the changes. Could this been the reason for the change? Nothing to do with your bank. Not their problem.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%
