Just checked couple of spare mobiles I have on T-Mobile PAYG.
Haven't used them since July, nearly 4 months ago.

One mobile received text message on 22 Nov from EE saying I would get £5 free credit if I make call by 27 Nov, which I have done.

The second mobile has not received the text message.

Would same offer apply to 2nd mobile ?

If not, why not, any ideas ??

Thanks

I would say no if it hasn't received the text.

Reasons? They probably have loads of mobiles on their networks that are unused for weeks/months on end, and have just targeted a percentage of them with this offer rather than them all.

Likewise, I have two old T-MUK SIMS, one had the offer the other one didn't. Made a quick call only to find out that it's now 35p/min and 14p/text. Used to be 12p/min when I bought it.

Don't know why one says Orange and the other EE though.

The same happens on my mobiles, think it depends which network signal they can see & connect to, as Orange & T-Mobile share networks, not sure if both of them have merged as EE (Everything Everywhere) or just cooperating/sharing.
