One of my orders is still outstanding, the first one which included the serum. Now that I have a customer number, I logged in and shows 'progressing' as a status. We'll see. Happy with what I got ...

BUT ....

When I logged in, I got a pop-up about secret santa gifts. £45 free gift, 3 free samples and free delivery code (£10+ spend).

So, now I have two gift sets, £45 free mystery boxed gift, 3 free sample all sat pretty in the basket for £11 What do I do!!

Order Ally, it'd be rude not too for that low! That free del code is a beaut! I got different free gift options, but happier than the suprise ones as there is something there i wanted but didnt want to pay for! I have also SO ordered that monoi as a sample. Should smell amaze!

This is my third order with them (happily the second got a dispatch email this aft) so they have a new customer in me now

Had my despatch email the 2nd & the parcel arrived today.
My freebie was the So Elixir perfume. I bought the matching shower gel & some tweezers.
The tweezers look to be of good quality.

The perfume & gel are for MIL for her birthday on Saturday.
I cannot open the perfume to smell it but just smeared some shower gel on my wrist.
It's absolutely gorgeous!

I have also received my £3 off code for signing up to the newsletter whilst awaiting the order so I can use that too.

Very pleased with my purchase & would order again.

I think the order that I messed up has been lost but that's fine i'm not really worried, the second order shows on my account as dispatched and I can now see the third as in progress. My guess is that they just had a bigger uptake on the offers than they expected and had a back log of orders. Still not actually received anything yet but my hopes are there??
