Mine seems to have issues, I order two orders on the 27th. No dispatch email yet and i've rang them as I put the wrong post code on the delivery address for the first order and they can't find me on their system?? Ho Hum seems like Hot Deals UK might be right to ban them0

I just called them (I ordered the serum) and she said they were processing all of the orders and that mine (which was ordered at 9 on the 26th) was processed today. I mentioned that a few 'friends' and I had ordered together and they seemed to have their dispatch emails before me and she said all orders will be processed and it's not necessarily done in perfect time order - can depend on how much was ordered, what was ordered, etc - she was very nice and said everything was above board and despatch emails would be going out.
She read out my whole order and prices and was fine with it. I'm sure if they weren't going to honour certain things she would have said!
Also said customer numbers take a while to be created which is why new customers don't have one yet to track etc.

I got polar fleece as well, emailed them with what I wanted to buy, let's see how good their customer service is!0
