Got my order this morning!!!

I ordered the £46 anti ageing night cream along with a shower gel and little cocoa-pistachio gift set.

Received it all but no fleece blanket or other free gift. (Fair enough though I suppose.)

Haven't checked my bank yet but assuming the £11.70 stated on my invoice will have been taken now.

Great offer!! Very pleased! Wish I'd made that 2nd order now.

I can see that the second order that I placed has been charged to my credit card this morning but that is all, no dispatch email, which customer services said i'd receive when the payment was taken. The first order I made an error on, hasn't been charged and customer services hasn't rang me with any issues. Will keep you informed, I didn't buy any of the very expensive items. My first item on all orders was a night cream.

My funds were taken 24 hours before I got the despatch email. Thereabouts.

I didn't get a dispatch email (lost in spam?) and my order arrived just now, elixir 79 £80 set and couple of face masks. Very pleased!!

Received my order this morning and, to be honest, am disappointed. No free fleece blanket and I think, for what I paid, is all it was worth. I chose a free perfume, a nail varnish and 2 facial scrubs. The nail varnish is the smallest bottle I have ever seen and the facial scrubs are very small too. Cant comment on the perfume smell because it will stay in my present drawer until I need it! Hope others are more happy x

I ordered on the 27th, received a confirmation email the same day, a dispatch email on the 29th, and the parcel was dropped off a few minutes ago. The order went off without a hitch, so I'm very pleased! There was no fleece blanket, as Babyplum also said, but I wasn't bothered about one anyway. (It's possible they ran out.) I ordered a cacao & orange collection set and my free gift, a Comme une Evidence for Men spray.

My order also arrived this morning. Perfume for a gift and pearly water for me. There were no samples or other gifts even though I requested a sample of the perfume so I could also try it. Can't say anything about the perfume as it's not for me so I can't try it but the pearly water is a bit of a let down. I expected a light reflecting liquid I could wear underneath my foundation but it was watery gel with small glitter particles. Who over the age of 12 wants glitter on their face?

When my friend opens her Neroli fragrance I will let you know what it smells like. Hope it doesn't stink. Since I can't smell it I am a bit nervous... Lol
