Thanks loveshopping. I signed up for the newsletter last night but my 'thank you for signing up' email did not give a code which was strange. I'm glad part of the way through my order I had another scroll through these messages and found your message. That worked a treat and took the £3 off so effectively only 50p for P&P. I also got the serum tonight. I got a face cream at £28 free last night because I thought there was no way they would honour an £80 serum but going by the messages on here they seem to be so just decided to order lol. Anyone else tried the 'Happy Hours' offer which lets you have your first item in your basket for free?

I've added the £46 slimming programme and nothing else and my basket is at £0. So it's only charging me the £3.50 postage.

Surely that's too good to be true!!!

I did an order 2 days ago but payment hasn't been taken yet. I have had an email confirmation of my order though so I'm not really sure whats happening. Hope I haven't missed out on this one!

everyone on this thread :rotfl: but you also have to order a minimum of £8 s worth of other stuff and then postage to claim the free item. unless you order over a certain amount for free delivery;)

I have also just received a confirmation, no dispatch email as yet and ordered 2 days, so wonder if they are 'deciding' what to do about all the orders for free items?

same here, and i spent over the £25 mark and got free postage too and didn't order the super expensive serum (not knocking those who did though) so if they don't do my order i won't be too happy

wish they'd show on the website what's happening i go to my account page and i don't find anything other than my basic account info after selecting track order
