  • £250 Today bringing my total to £400/640 Over half-way!
  • How exciting!!!

Just contacted the cc company to inform of change of address and asked for an up to date balance. I was told it was £1005, less than I had it written down as. Just paid another £5 from my account so that's £1000 left. Have been throwing small amounts at the card without updating. Oops!!! :D:D

Psychologically, it makes me feel that 1000 is easier to chip away at once it goes into three figures.

Also closed off an old account with £5 credit so that will be thrown at this debt once I get the cheque.

    So that's 264/1264.

Ok, I couldn't resist. I just went and paid off another £10 so that I am officially under the £1000 mark. So my debt now is

    £274(1264)

Have a pile of books that I need to sell and some stuff for eBay so will spend the wkd sorting this out hopefully..

Also a couple of overtime shifts that I need to claim for and can throw at this debt... Cannot wait to get to the halfway mark though know its a little way off lol.

Is it too late to join please...? I know I'll have '1 debt vs 65 days' instead of 100 but I'd still like to try? I'd be aiming for £913
