EE mobile broadband MSE offer- look out

Keep an eye on EE, they seem to be up to their charging tricks again, I signed up for the MSE offer for mobile 4G at £11 a month,(last week) they just sent me a first bill, granted is free as promised but shows amount as £17.50 not £11.
Called 150 from my Orange phone...showing as EE network doesn't work despite them being the same company! so had to dial the 0845 number but hung up after being left on hold indefinitely at premium rate.
So I've had to write...

My bill arrived Friday ...says I owe them £10 already!!!
SIM arrived today, but according to the bill one week of free month has already gone.

Same as 1st post - said £17.50 but free for the 1st month.
I've just had my 2nd bill for, wait for it, £25.01
