I would simply scan the letters you receive and attach them plus your letter to G24 in an email to BPA saying
Dear BPA,
Please see attached. Can you sort your member out?

Email the complaint to the BPA email addy shown in the ''newbies'' thread and the ''successful complaints'' thread (the sticky notices at the top of the forum that you should have already read before posting...). I would in fact state what the issue is as well as asking the BPA to sort their member out!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
