Cancelling a contract
I can't get through to o2 on the phone, their website won't work on my work computer and I can't seem to find a search function for MSE so can anyone tell me the length of time I need to cancel a contract? I assume 30days but want to check!
I am eligible for an early upgrade on 2nd December, contract runs out 2nd January.
I'd also like to 'take' my mobile number with me, is it the PAC code I ask for?

It's 30 days for all networks.
Yes, it's PAC that you need for porting your number to other network.0 -
Find the postal address and serve a written notice on them and keep proof of postage certificate.Be happy...;)0
