I don't know if this has been raised
Bott & co KEEP the clawed back bank interst without telling you unless you specify to keep/claim it from the airline, in which case you sign a different form
Very crafty & can add up to a heap of cash in YOUR pocket
Bring it to their attention if you haven't

They sounded very shifty when I brought this up with them
Like they weren't or didn't want to be transparent0 -

Whoever you go with, you need to read and understand the terms and conditions - before you sign up to them. If you don't like the terms, see if they're negotiable or go elsewhere.0 -
Well that's what I did - queried before signing?
I suspect many havent, especislly since there appears to be no mention of interest in the tc's0 -

Indeed, but you were right to make sure you know what the agreement says.0 -
They have now changed their mind & decided they keep interest as 'that's how we make our money'
1) clear lack of training & understanding in their aviation department
2) I guess they're no longer 'no win no fee' in some respects0 -

That's all very well but if you have a claim from (say) 6 years ago, it will cost you a lot more than a claim from October 2013!0
