sold a webcam to a lady who then emailed me 2 days before her cheque cleared asking if i posted it. then everyday after that asking why she had not recieved it yet. i sent it first class post and she got it 4 working days later. she then left me -ve feedback as she wanted it recorded delivery and next day delivery. i charged her £5 postage to which her item cost me £3.95 to post and she filed a disputed saying i ripped her off saying we had agreed recorded next day delivery, which was never even mentioned, and that i over charged her by all of £1.05. its like no one ever made any money from p+p before, ever.
she knocked off my 100% record all for the sake of £1.05. i sold 13 other things the same day and sent them all the same way charging the same postage, even though some where smaller and some where bigger than her item. not one other person complained.Hello Floor Make Me A Sandwich!0 -
I do have problems with people paying by cheque and then demanding their item next day. I am particularly irritated by those buyers who take 10 days to even bother sending a cheque and start emailing the day they post it demanding their item.

Worst buyer I've had was one who paid me for an item by paypal on a saturday evening (the auction closed the previous Sunday, so it took him nearly a week to pay). And then on the monday he emailed me asking why he hadn't recieved the item and claimed I was ripping him offTitch

People are unbelievably cheeky. I had a woman ask me where I bought a skirt I was listing because she wanted to check if it was cheaper in the shop!!
My friend was selling some boots and she recieved an email from woman telling her the postage was £1 too high because she had checked ther royalmail website and those boots cost a fiver to post not £6!!
Obviously the cheeky mare can estimate the weight of something by looking at it!!0 -

I had one woman who won an item on a Sunday evening. I received her cheque on Tuesday (it was dated Monday). On the Tuesday afternoon she emailed me demanding to know where her stuff was!0 -
I am the person that bought the webcam. The cheque cleared out of my account on 18th April. i wasnt e-mailing every day all. I paid £5.00 for recorded delivery because that is what was stated in the listing but the item had a franked postage stamp from a company by the name of N I Statistics & Research Agency not for £3.95 as you said it cost youbut for £1.30 it was dated 25th April so thats a wk after cheque cleared, i received it on 27th April. I got told by you in e-mail that it would be despatched on thursday 21st April. the reason i gave - feedback was because I wasnt happy with the service & for being lied to.0

I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board.
