Went to my local Christmas fair today...looked around and found absolutely nothing! Mum took me and my son into our local for a quick drink to quench our thirst and straight away my little boy found 10p - he's better at this than I am! Haha

I am ending the day with just 11p in roadkill but a respectful £7.56 from w/r so I am happy with that and on track.....one day in....lol! Let's see what the rest of the week brings!

Meant to say Siouxsie: Let them be amused! I have to say that one of my friends made a snotty comment about my coin finding the other night but it was me who was laughing when I told her what I had found since the beginning of November.......and then promptly snagged a 5p to her left. She started looking at the floor and told me not to distract her. I picked up another 5p that she missed to her right. She was not so amused at that point! :cool:

My best so far is two £10 notes scrunched up - unscrunched them and went straight to the bank to deposit them

I found 48p today so a good start to December :beer:
Spending the evening in the uni library and then getting stuck at New Street train station for over an hour meant that I found loads of coins.

I feel a little guilty as I'm sure that I spotted a 5p coin on the way to my local shops this morning. I was in such a hurry I didn't stop to investigate what looks like real roadkill.

Hopefully it will still be there tomorrow

Just done a huuuuge post for this thread,accidentally pressed a button,and it is gone!!
So..........
Extremely busy day blah blah blah
Kids with me asking questions everytime I look too closely at the ground blah blah blah
Finds for the day:
20p in party supplies shop
1p entrance to leisure centre
20p under vending machine at leisure centre.Watched a guy drop it under the machine,he didn't give it a second glance and just got another coin out of his pocket
2p on table at leisure centre
1p exit to leisure centre
5p Sainsburys (tiny store)
1p can't remember,but it was in my roadkill pocket,so I must have picked it up from somewhere :rotfl:
