Roadkill Rebels - December 2013

Oh yes!!! Well, a few coin crazy DFWs decided to tag along in November on a serious roadkill mission. Roadkill Rebels were spotted underneath coinstar machines, lying on their stomachs to rummage under fridges in boots, bribing small children to bring home the metal, and explaining their behaviour to local policemen.......I know you want a piece of that action!!!! Following on from the success of that thread, here we are with a December thread which should be BIGGER, BETTER, and even more PROFITABLE given that it's Christmas and surely there are more people throwing their money around!! Well, I will be quite happy to follow them around and catch all their misplaced metal.....and paper....:D

Rules? Well not many - just find as much roadkill as you can between Dec 1st and 31st. The only stipulation is that it must be found outside of your home and/or car - it has to be money that genuinely wasn't yours or your family's before you found it! So if you find it down the side of the sofa, it doesn't count!

We also collect wombled receipts and discarded lottery scratch-cards to see if we can make some pennies that way too, and we keep track of these earnings separately. I keep track of my finds on an excel s/s and within my signature but you can keep track however you like. Then, at the end of the month, you can report your total finds.

Come on guys, it is CHRISTMAS!!!! If ever there was a good time to go a huntin' for money it's now!!!! Who's with me??? Let me know and I'll give you a Rebel number for the month. If you want to keep your Rebel number from last month, let me know!

Actually,if it is ok HOK3Y,my December will go from Dec1st to Dec 31(as opposed to yours which seems to be going from Nov1st to 30th :you will never keep up with Christmas roadkill by re-living November,HOK3Y :rotfl:)

As the fabulous Hok3y says, and I'm paraphrasing, you get nowhere if you don't try so I'm in with a plan to beat Novembers finds

And with the streets packed full of people intent on shopping I'm confident I'll be reporting back with much bigger finds throughout December
