Shop! but can't shop :(

Hope that I am posting in the correct thread & apologies if I am not.
I have had a boots account for 8+ years and over £300+ in advantage points,because I am waiting for the sales.
I put £173 in presents in to the basket 3 weeks ago, and when I try to check out, it says that there is a generic error. It wont allow me to empty my basket, view it, or check it out! Basically my basket is stuck & I can not shop online.
I have sent many emails to boots.com & I have phoned them, but they keep saying that they unsure what is wrong with my account. They said they have no way to reset it.
What can I do? I can't shop with them and I am now worrying that I won't be able to use my advantage points, because the account is stuck.
This is the following error, has anyone ever had this happen to them?

why don't you just go into store with a list of the item codes you wanted to order? They can do it through the till and place an online order for you. It won't matter that your basket/account at boots.com is locked/broken/stuck

Online shopping is convenient for me because I am currently housebound and unable to go to a store

Looking at the error message I would guess that one of the items in your basket has been discontinued, or had a price change.

Have you tried clearing your cookies? May work, but other than that I don't really know.

i would definitely clear cookies on your computer, this should reset the page i would have thought as your computer then shouldnt 'remember' anything (although make sure you remember your passwords before you do this!).
Otherwise could you perhaps ring up and place an order that way?

Try a different web browser.

Go to the website
Press ctrl and F5
It will "hard refresh"

If that doesn't work clear the cache and delete temporary files
Or try another browser
Even try another computer

The first suggestion should work though!
