Parking Fine

My parents have come home from their holiday and found another letter sent to their address. They are both from Newlyn Debt Collection Ltd and are trying to recover £166.00. The first letter is just asking for payment. The second however, says
'You are formally advised that unless the payment is received within 14 days, proceedings will be initiated in the County Court where a judgement may be obtained.'
The letter was dated 4/12/13 so payment is very nearly due, however as my parents have only just got back from their (long) holiday I need to decide what action to take quickly!
Thanks in advance for your replies.0 -
I still understand the connection of you at this address, you really need to ask the dvla about this as this company should not be writing to you there. I would take be inclined to make a complaint to the oft about newlyns as they are chasing you at the wrong address, despite being given the RK details from the parking company. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
