Thanks again CM, I'll try online in the morning. I use Google Chrome, do you know if that is OK?

Just seen this as crossed with my reply - some people also have reported the same problems with Google Chrome so same advice above applies.

The confusion with Athena was that that I had copied another cases letter with the explanation that I was going to use that as my template with some tweeks and didn't notice that I had left the the original PPC in the template. And to be honest it didn't seem that important at the time.
    Thanks for the info 4consumerrights

Sit back and wait now I suppose. Appeal submitted as per above with photo evidence of the car park entry points.

As advised by 4consumerrights last night the acknowledgment has merged all of the paragraphs together and made it look very messy. Will now send them e-mail with word document attached.

Make sure your POPLA verification code is on each page of your Word document (header or footer would ensure every page is so marked).

Had already done so by that method Unkomaas and now sitting in their e-mail box awaiting attention. Their offices are closed until Monday 6th Jan. so it looks like they don't want to catch-up with their back-log.

Never let work get in the way of a holiday :).

After the 6th just keep an eye on getting a confirmation of receipt from them, chase them up after 24-48 hours; you don't want to give them the easy opportunity of catching up in their backlog by inadvertently (or otherwise) timing your appeal out.

    Here is the appeal:

    Dear POPLA Assessor,

    Re: POPLA appeals reference xxxxxxxxxx
    Euro Car Parks PCN: xxxxxxxx

I am the registered keeper of vehicle reg. xxxxxxxx and contend that I am not liable for the parking charge and would ask that all the following points are considered.
I wish to appeal against the PCN notice from Euro Car Parks Limited relating to the xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx car park for the reasons set-out below.

Just to let anyone interested know. The acknowledgement I received in early January ssid that my appeal would be dealt with "on or about 6th February and any further evidence from ECP would be sent to me but I have heard absolutely nothing. I assume POPLA cannot estimate their back-log correctly. Anyone know different, I'm sure I haven't missed any e-mail.
