Does anyone know if the io-link will work with a Youview box to enable my magic eyes to still work?

My question may be simple...but please don't assume that I am

AFAIK they only work with Sky boxes. There is no connector to plug in the unit. Even if there were its doubtful that it would be compatible with a non Sky box.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

If your Youview box does not have an RF output (and not just RF pass-through - check the manual) you will need an external RF modulator to provide the signal to other rooms as well as a TVLink plus (which you will need anyway) to pass the remote control signals back from the other room to the Youview box.0
