I've not heard anything either, they should have at least sent an e-mail to all those affected to let them know what was happening. Pretty crap customer service...0

I have still not heard either and there is nothing new coming up when I google it. Its as if they are hoping if they say nothing it will all go away then they can quietly refund us all.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

Here come the emails.....with 20% voucher.....no thanks!!Never buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!! :whistle:0

I go the email too. I wont be using it.
Just checked my Paypal and it is still pending. Does anyone know how to cancel this transaction as there appears to be no button to do so yet in the explanation this seems possible.0 -
Just got the email too. Not surprised at all, would have been nice, but that's the thing with glitches it's all about chance and luck really. No guarantees0

Just got the email too. Worth a punt but they could have cancelled earlier.
There is no chance I will be using the 20% off either since their long silence has put me off the companies customer services.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -
Let's face it- this was never a glitch. I'm not sure if it was quite the brilliant marketing ploy they had planned but it's cost them nothing and they have now won, won, won. How much would they have had to pay to get the marketing they have had? They have forked out absolutely zilch. They have their customised trainers advertised for them. They have a huge emailing list. How many lots of £8.50 did they have in their account over the week? And now they offer 20% off FULL price merchandise so that enough folks will think its a good bargain and still use them for xmas presents they would never have bought without the voucher. The voucher time runs out just before the new year sales.
Come on- are we really meant to believe that the glitch from a huge company like Reebok could last for so long over the weekend before any one noticed???
And their last gamble- no-one will have any sympathy for all the punters who tried to profit from the "glitch". The reactions are bound to be about the "greed" of the buyers and therefore detracting from what this "glitch" was really all about.
Open up your eyes everyone.
So Reebok- how much money have you saved?? I challenge you to take what y0ou would have had to spend on advertising, that your "glitch" has saved you- and put it to a charity. Or do you want to be seen as a company that exploits potential customers?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -

I have just contacted PayPal re the Reebok issue, and although showing as pending the monies have gone from my account. They can't be added back in till Reebok release the hold they have placed on the amounts involved.
Paypal are contacting them when customers complain and they have told me it will be 72 hours before the monies are available again.0
