anyone had anything other than the automated confirmation email? I find it strange there has been no email this morning with an update. Also presume it will be quite a long delivery time as they are customised (cant just be picked off a shelf).

I am surprised I have not had a cancellation email too. I paid with paypal late last night but did not get a confirmation of order email so have no idea if that was when they fixed the glitch. Will the money just get returned to paypal?

I paid with Paypal as well and the payment is pending so if the order is cancelled the money won't have left your account.

I did get a confirmation e-mail but haven't had a cancellation yet

I ordered a pair of these trainers last night, and also received an order confirmation paying just for delivery costs.

I thought I'd share my call with their web order dept. this morning 11am.

My specific order (along with hundreds the guy mentioned) have officially been received. However, at present all processing of these are pending Reebok head office on the next action. At this time they cannot confirm if these orders will be honoured in full/in part.

We should be receiving an email communication later this week with an update.

Fingers crossed they'll let them all go through...........

Someone at Reebok is going to be in deep doo doo after this if they do honour it. Chances of that are pretty slim though IMO.
