This whole business is about us defeating them on their failures, procedures and other such things. If someone who is helping you asks a question, give them a full answer, please. Look at the number of active threads and you will see the potential "workload" volunteers have. And it helps if we only have to ask a question once.

You will need to do some work yourself. A slight bit of research using the forum search on G24 limiting your search to the last 3 months would have answered your question.

So read it and come back if you are stuck and tell us what you are intending to do. We can and do have a great record at getting people off.

So you have read my sticky thread and seen examples and links about how to appeal. How much more spoon-feeding do you think the average newbie needs? You know how to copy & paste and send an online or postal letter as your appeal? Do that then of course.
