Have you read the options under the 'newbies, read this now!' sticky thread.
The ppc has a specific time scale to send the NTK out by thats why we need dates,I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Because PPC's need to meet certain deadlines and conditions to invoke POFA keeper liability.0 -

I have, and as hard as you've tried to make everything simple for us 'newbies'. It really isn't.0 -
Sorry, going out to dinner, I'm sure others will be along to help. Don't be surprised if you don't get too many but its a week end.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

It's your cash that is at stake and we can help you keep it.
This whole business is about us defeating them on their failures, procedures and other such things. If someone who is helping you asks a question, give them a full answer, please. Look at the number of active threads and you will see the potential "workload" volunteers have. And it helps if we only have to ask a question once.
You will need to do some work yourself. A slight bit of research using the forum search on G24 limiting your search to the last 3 months would have answered your question.
The ling given to you https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822 would cost you £00's at a solicitor to get that information, so please read it. Other newbies have and are benefitting and so can you.
So read it and come back if you are stuck and tell us what you are intending to do. We can and do have a great record at getting people off.0 -

So you have read my sticky thread and seen examples and links about how to appeal. How much more spoon-feeding do you think the average newbie needs? You know how to copy & paste and send an online or postal letter as your appeal? Do that then of course.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
