No preloaded movies on a hudl. You can run blinkbox or play any other movies you can download in a suitable format...
Blinkboxmusic is quite good, although the short "ads" that jump in between every few tracks can get a bit irritating. Don't think you can even subscribe to it to get rid of them. DD suggested using a subscription spotify account if you want ad free music.
