Mine has just arrived. OPI replaced despite no mention of replacements via email!

For some reason I had it in my head that this was coming in a box of sorts, rather than just all thrown in loose together...

Is OPI that much better than Nails Inc. From what I could see rave reviews for Nails Inc. and that is the only substitution!

Well I have had several Nails Inc nail polishes from one offer or another or from their website and nowhere near the same quality - and if you don't wear nail polish then you will have no idea of the effort taken and how important it is that it doesn't chip -
a) so you don't have to repeat the effort so often (it can take over an hour of being incapacitated whilst the nails dry so you don't ruin them and have to start again)
b) chipped nail polish looks awful
c) a better polish doesn't need as many coats
etc etc

Sorry, I know I am only a bloke - and I don't understand beauty products that well.

There are 7 "high end" beauty products here and most women would be absolutely delighted to receive this as a gift, so I wouldn't worry.
It seems that a number of people rate the OPI nail polish much more highly than the Nails inc and it also seems that some people were very keen on having that product.
If you were expecting that product then naturally it's very dissapointing if you don't get it, but as a package it's great value and a fabulous gift that most women would be delighted to receive.
As far as I can see only 1 product has been substituted - it's just unfortunate if that's the one you had your heart set on.

I wouldn't worry - some people with their hopes set on one product are just expressing their dissapointment - that's all.
I know some of the other products are fantastic so I'm not worried.

It's just a shame that they don't reply to their Facebook posts, ordered 2 and not a peep, might raise a dispute with PayPal.. But want to give them benefit of the doubt...

Mine arrived today via post office - nails inc is a fab colour! Think the shower gel is a sifferent fragrance but more than happy. Thanks OP
