Ok so gonna send the reply you said Stroma, always up for fun ! Don't really understand the whole company trading thing just know that when I looked they not listed as a bpa member so obviously using this tactic to get address and driver details ? Can't really see any other reason why a parking company would be trying to help me with an appeal !!!!! Thanks again for all the advice makes life much less stressful esp for my hubby xx0
