Cellophane. A box of Quality Street will provide the required colours. Blue Peter showed how to make glasses out of a Corn Flakes packet and some sticky-backed plastic.

What, their showing that again? B_oody repeats.

And there are reports across the internet that the RB <ahem> excuse me, Red Button transmission cut the 3D recording of DW short. So people are trying again tonight. B_oody repeats.

Yes, my recording came up short by about two minutes from the end. Luckily, I also recorded the HD broadcast from BBC One HD.

Worked just fine for me, other than 4 minutes of test card at the beginning.

Words cannot express the awesomeness of a 3D exploding dalek.

I had to take cover behind the sofa.
  • Wouldn't it have been nice if the BBC had actually announced that the Dr Who Special was available in 3D on this channel.

Instead, they kept it a dark secret.

No wonder nobody watched their 3D programmes. They don't know about them.

So the BBC can wash their hands of 3D, saying nobody watches them.

I agree there could have been more publicity about it...

Only for those using the so-called "accurate record" on freesat. Full programme recorded fine on Sky boxes. Crap freesat boxes strike again - perhaps they should rename it "inaccurate record"
