Complain. You might want to consider taking the bull by the horns and going after ANPR/H&S on your own account for harassment.

Trivia to Trev - if he don't understand it, then it's irrelevant. And anyway, he's far too busy inventing his latest cash-screwing gizmo to pack into his box.
