Just received LBCCC from ppc

Hi I have just received an LBCCC from a ppc my car was in a bay clearly marked V for visitor, for approx 6 mins the ppc signs did not
Advise that hazard lights should be displayed, although I've since found out that with hazard lights visitors can stay for upto 20mins.
Upto now I've been advised to ignore any correspondence, they have sent me a cc claim form but there is no official stamp on it or claim no
As reference just details of their claim for trespass,

Claim for trespass can only be pursued by the landowner, and only for damage caused as a result of that trespass.

Can you please confirm just who is chasing you here, as this will assist in the advice we give you. (ANPR Ltd of Preston and H&S Litigation Services is my bet).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have they put a name and a position, Example Joe Blogs Solicitor on behalf of HS Bullzitters.
If it has not been signed by a solicitor, someone could be breaking the law in impersonating one .
    Be happy...;)

Advice on those threads should help you focus on the complaints to make and see this for what it is. :p

Do ask for more help once you have read up on this rubbish little firm of ex-clampers.

Yep but only one is full of people with the surname Hargreaves (the 'H' in H&S!). It's covered in one of the pepipoo links.

It's definitely that worst PPC of 2013, ANPR Ltd, so his OP just needs to read about them and their shocking tactics, and add to the pile of complaints about them.

Just to make it clear. H&S Litigation Services Ltd claim to represent ANPR Ltd. They most certainly seem to be pursuing the debt they allege is owed to their client - ANPR.

However, H&S Litigation Services Ltd do not have a Consumer Credit Act licence to act as debt collectors; they appear unknown to the Law Society in that they do not employ a solicitor and are not registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority as an alternative business structure. Now, if they were actually part of the ANPR stable of companies and were pursuing business to business debts then they wouldn't need a CCA licence. The problem is that they are pursuing debts allegedly owed by private individuals which was long ago defined by the OFT as a "high-risk activity" and therefore require a licence. Perhaps they should go back and speak to Our Trev and see if he can come up with an even better idea.

Complain. You might want to consider taking the bull by the horns and going after ANPR/H&S on your own account for harassment.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
