  • Yes that is the one, totalparking.com.

I just appealed via the online form, I chose the "Other" option. Lets see how it goes!

There are many signs at the college but all of which you have to be right in front of to see, the writing is small and cannot not be read more than 3 feet away. The signs are placed on lamp posts and unless you are a giraffe and right in front, you cannot possibly read them. There are no signs on exiting the car park either.

I think I would have chosen "other" too , that way you dont admit anything and submit your appeal

as for the signage, I suggest you take photos of what you say in case you need them in future, also keep all paperwork too

I have just spoken to them and they said they cannot do anything about it and even the principle has had one and she had to pay for it.
The principle is a fool, then. She should know as she's the one on whose authority the scum of a PPC would have been brought in.

Oh, and when they say it's out of their hands, they are outright lying. Call them up on this. Ask them who contracted TPS, and as the answer will be them, ask them did they really hand over all occupiers rights for the car parks to TPS, or are they, in fact, talking out of their backsides? I know which my money's on.
