Hello all,

Just wanted to update the forum on the mail I received from DVLA after reporting CPP as advised. I am yet to get a response from BPA. Please see content of email below:

"Thank you for your email dated xxx November.

I will notify BPA by way of this email for them to contact CPP to advise that an appeal can be accepted from a keeper or a driver. BPA did write to all its members in July to advise them of this. "

Thank you, DVLA, for that entirely unhelpful response.

So, as your July instructions have clearly either not been carried out by BPA Ltd, or ignored by its members, what are you, DVLA, going to do about it. Sweet FA as usual, I should think.

DVLA are very much part of the problem, and in no way the solution. They are complicit in the scam, support it for their own financial and political reasons, and those in charge (civil servants, remember) should be publicly outed and flogged.
