Another happy user, have used for months, I paid the original £5 , got my money back many times over, would recommended the service.0

No, I think they sent out a dodgy sim card that was split and got stuck in the sim tray and snapped it.
Are you sure it was supplied like that or did you split it when you detached it from the transport card ?It's not just about the money0 -
I never said I forced it into the sim tray. It snapped when I tried to force it out.
It wasn't intended for that phone, I was just testing it out before I took the sim card out of my regular phone. I don't like taking the back off my good phone and swapping sim cards etc unless I know it is going to stay there.
I have put sim cards in and out this phone before and I have also taken sim cards out of the transport card.
Of course I am sure I didn't spilt it, I am very careful with my stuff0 -
Also, I wish I had the foresight to take a photo of how it arrived but I didn't... I didn't know it would get stuck but of course with hindsight I realise things can go into something without being forced but then can become stuck otherwise people wouldn't get their hands/heads stuck in things. Not that it would have made much difference as I said earlier the manager never discussed it with me or looked at the pictures I did take.0

You then blame Ovivo because you had to use enough force to remove the sim from the tray that it snapped even though you admit with hindsight you shouldn't have done it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's not just about the money0 -
So you had the sim which although it was clearly faulty when it arrived you still went ahead and removed it from the transport card and put it in the phone to try it?

I wish you would stop assuming things and putting words in my mouth. You were wrong with your first post and wrong with this one as well.
I have never admitted I shouldn't have put the sim card in and I never said it was clearly faulty. What are you talking about?
First you say I forced the sim card in, without even bothering to ask or find out if that was the case and now you are saying I have admitted something which I haven't admitted at all.
What I actually said was I didn't know it would get stuck, that is not the same as me saying I shouldn't have put it in.
I also said I think they sent out a dodgy sim card that was split and got stuck in the sim tray and snapped it. At no point have I given a definitive reason for why it got stuck. I have basically said Ovivo sent a sim card that got stuck in the sim tray. Where did I say I definitely thought it was faulty before I put it in?
You have basically tried to blame me without knowing the facts and when that didn't work desperately tried to blame me again without actually reading what I have written properly.
All I have said is I put the card in and that I thought it was split and got jammed.
I don't understand why you are taking it so personally or taking things to extremes by stating things as facts that you couldn't possibly know or even derive from what I have posted previously. It is very confrontational.0 -

There would be no point in taking a photo of a perfect sim card would thereIt's not just about the money0 -
Quite simple ....you said ....Also, I wish I had the foresight to take a photo of how it arrived but I didn't.

That is the full quote. I quite clearly stated I didn't have the foresight to take a picture because I didn't know it was going to get stuck.
You left out that part, so in effect the only way anyone could imply that is by quoting me out of context and then jumping to a ridiculous conclusion.
I am going to assume you are trolling me because no one could be stupid enough to write that and be serious.0 -
No I didn't I said

Erm.....I think that you should stop now.0 -

If you wish you had taken a photo that implies you could see it was faulty when it arrived
There would be no point in taking a photo of a perfect sim card would there
I think that's rather his point. Didn't look like it was faulty, didn't notice that it was faulty. Only spotted when tried to remove, then wished he'd taken a photo to have evidence. But too late now because you don't take photograph of something that you don't know is faulty.
Seems straightforward to me.0
