roaming charges with O2

I've recently been in Germany for 2 weeks with my contract O2 mobile. I've just opened my phone bill, and seen that they've charged me £150 (+vat) for calls i made and received while there (using the O2.de service). They've charged on average 80p a minute.

I've just read the roaming charges while abroad article, but i've made and received calls when i've been in Norway and Sweden with the same phone and i was only charged about 12p/m, if i had known the prices would be anywhere near 80p/m i wouldn't have touched my phone with a barge pole.

Is there anything i can do about my bill?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
