Sending longish voicemessage on upgraded Iphone 4

Hi, the company I work for require that I send them fairly long voice memos reports by email.
The phone I've been using is an Iphone 4 and I was able to send the stuff in 8 minute slices however recently I upgraded the software as suggested on the phone and now the settings are totally different and doesn't seem to give me this option. It also doesn't send the whole report, simply sits in my outgoing messages folder.
No-one in my (small) company now knows how to send them now. Any help out there? Thanks
