Not on my computer when using IE11 and windows 8.1 it doesn't


If I want to quote I have to put [] round the word quote then[/] around the word quote at the end.


Or use another browser.

As you can see, quotation works for me, using explorer11, but I'm on Windows7. However, since 11 was automatically installed on my laptop (yesterday) Valued Opinions has said that my browser will not allow access to two surveys, so, perhaps, there are problems.
