Apologies if I'm creating another new thread on these bunch of tw@ts!
I posted my phone to them on Saturday 10th November via Recorded Delivery.
I can see that it was signed for on 12/11/13 10:18am and I have the surname of the person that signed for it.
Since then I have heard nothing from them.
I have tried to email them and phone them (not sure if it is the correct number) but they haven't replied to any emails and they don't answer the phone.
Does anybody have any idea how to get hold of them and get my phone back? I would actually pay £8.95 to get it back at this stage.
More p!ssed off with myself for not researching them first though.
