    Why? Are you going to refund me.?
    All I want is a working or replacement laptop, it was Lenovo that wants to refund me because they cannot repair it.
    I just want a latop withthe same specs, so whatever it will cost to buy one then that is what I want.

    I appreciate the answers but please make them constructive and stop wasting my time with daft questions or statments.

    It was not you that bought it.
    Any contract is with the retailer.
    Lenovo are prepared to do you a favour as long as you come up with the receipt. If you cannot do that you have no entitlement to a refund.

    Lenovo can't repair it and they made it.
    This does not mean Joe Bloggs from your local computer repair shop cant fix it, it just means to Lenovo due to its age its not worth them fixing it.

    As above OP, there are two main issues here. Firstly, you have no consumer rights as you were never the consumer, your uncle is. Secondly, nobody is going to do anything without proof of purchase, especially if that's a condition of the warranty.
