Now here,s the strange thing,the first tv ,the stolen one was new and unopened,the replacement is certainly no grade A. it is fit only for a skip.
I have the receipt which does not say gradeA anywhere.
When I complained I had been sent a used replacment the said they only sell graded tvs.Mmm

I read your last post with interest, if their quality control was as it says on their website I would have a new tv by now, sending a customer a 47" television with a stand the allows the tv to fall over forwards when not held is very dangerous and could kill or seriously injure a small child.
Any quality control would have known this tv was dangerous,Filthy dirty and scratched and would not have sent it once let alone twice.

Here is another quote from their website"We hope you've picked up that above all else we care. We care that you are happy with what you buy and that you are happy with our service. We want you to tell all your friends and family. We want you to feel great about what you've bought "
Well I am not happy with their service but that does,nt seem to matter at all to 123AV, and all the other rubbish on their website about customer care seems to me to be a farce.

Well if they want me to tell my family and friend about 123AV I certainly will, along with the rest of the world,watchdog,rogue traders, and xray .
