Hi,

Can someone tell me to what address do we send out the our cheque back claim to?

Also, can someone also confirm that for the first claim you only need the first four claims and the despatch note. Do you need to send in any other information?

for more info. I sent the ORIGINAL first 4 bills and the ORIGINAL dispatch note (after copying them all) and a short cover letter explaining things . I used Next Day Special Delivery. My claim was successful.
