I'm a freelancer silvercar so really should be able to dictate my rate. But as nobody else is biting at the moment....

I think if they offer me a role that's more junior and for less pay I will suggest a shorter working week/some working from home. Purely because it may be something I've already done in the past or could do with my eyes closed. Still, we'll see Thank you for wise words.

Some chat about it earlier in the day and I had a coke apg so I thought I would give it a try and it worked also I think it will work just buying the BBQ

I've picked up on it but need to eat some of the Sensations first.
