    :o:o:o How do I say this after my personal PSA?

    I have been very preoccupied with putting my mum's bungalow on the market. And grant of probate arrived yesterday so my head has been all over the place. So I'm afraid it's a no. :eek:

    First viewing booked for Thursday though very nervous how quick things are finally moving along.

    Hugs TS :A it's a hard and testing time. Hopefully if things move quickly it will be better for you. Sometimes hanging around just makes things worse. A quick sale might give you closure and let you move on :A

    Thanks fc :) I know he will most probably get on brilliantly. I hated school and found it very stressful so I guess I just don't want him to have the same experience. He is coming with me on Thursday to get a feel for the places though and we can both dip our toes in :D

    AAU those cakes are awesome :T to your Mrs. I love an excuse to get baking and decorating. MIL 50th next month so planning a bingo themed cake :D

    Mr Ts foil lined parchment paper is RTC 57p at the moment. Despite £1.15 SELs in every store i've seen them ;) :money:

    Thanks FC, I am putting my trust in this Estate Agent, it is a small local branch, bought through it myself years ago and have had recent personal recommendations.

    I am hoping whatever is meant to be will be. :)

    Good evening

    Just to let you all know that Mad's passing has been announced in the weekly MSE email.

    RIP madmuppet5. It's with sadness we inform you that forumite, Grabbit and Tesco bargain-spotter regular madmuppet5 has passed away. He shared deals and helped many. Join in the tributes and dedicated bargain-spotting in the madmuppet Elite discussion. Our sympathies go to his family and friends.

    I know there's cheaper out there, but using the CC Boost these weren't too bad;

    3x
    TESCO FINEST TAPIWEY VINEYARD SAUVIGNON 75CL
    £20.97 † £15.00 £20.97 n/a
    4x
    TESCO FINEST BISOL PROSECCO 75CL
    £39.96 † £26.00 £39.96 £31.96

    Didn't actually think they'd compare when I did the shop but I had been 'commissioned' to buy them for a relative. HTH
