    Can't say it's much fun, looks like I might need a bit of Capital Gains Tax advice depending on sale price.

    Prices have been picking up down here. :)

    Have managed to hit a few milestones this week, I am such a wuss. First bag of clothes sorted, and mum's teddy bear she took to hospital that I won at a fair and gave her when I was about 7 or 8 has come to mine to live. How soppy is that. :o
