QOC you have done fantastic job thankyou.i agree with others who have said stick to plan a.i know it would be cheaper to have just 3 letters but this is surely one of the times that cost should take a second place and this is what we all signed up for,surely other suggestions should have been mentioned at the time not now.thankyou again for giving up your time to do this for us.

I had the same said to me a couple of weeks back after an overcharge on some pork, I took the 'i'll do it as half price as a good will' and contacted Philip Clarke. I had an email back saying this was wrong and their policy has not changed, giftcard sent for the difference
