Monarch air 5 hour delay

I was delayed on Monarch flight mon 303,29/8/2008 for 5 hours 30 minutes, lost a days holiday. I wrote to monarch, filled in there forms, claim rejected, i then sent them to the CAA, they sent claims back to monarch, another 8 weeks. This was then again rejected by monarch, i was told is was a technical fault on the flight planner. I have been fobed off, so i have now filled in the on lines forms [MCOL ] so off to court we go, Anyone got any advice

Start with the FAQs in the Monarch thread, plenty similar posts there and you will be able to see what peoples court outcomes were0
